Try new dealer.

Thanks. I probably will if it crops up again. Otherwise I will learn how to DIY I suppose.

Here is the fix for this issue.
Open the door and locate the lower fender 10mm bolt seen here
Attachment 80179
This bolt is loose causing the fender to not stay flush with the door
For the passenger side loosen up this bolt, close the door and carefully push the fender to make it flush, then tighten the bolt.
The driver side is a little more difficult and requires two people, one to tighten the bolt and the other hold the fender in place. If you try to tighten the driver side bolt without holding the fender, the fender will bow out even more.
First loosen the bolt, then have the other person very carefully push on the fender to align it with the door.
Do not push the fender to hard or it will cause a dent ( they are very thin).
Have the person hold the fender in place while you tighten the bolt.
I did this fix last week and it's still flush.

Does anyone have the first picture still? I'm looking to fix my passenger door, but want to confirm the bolt first.
