Are there Subaru equivalents to all of the dealer-installed FR-S performance parts?
 

I'm looking for a summer-fun car and the BR-Z/FR-S are two of the cars I'm considering.

I like the interior of the BR-Z better, but the FR-S seems to have a bunch of dealer-installed performance parts. I really like the sound of the TRD exhaust, and the lowering springs and other bits also look worthwhile.

(I'm probably going to be leasing--I assume that the dealer-installed stuff can be residualized in the lease?)


Does Subaru have anything equivalent to the TRD parts for the FR-S? When I configure a BR-Z, I'm not seeing them.

FRS Monogram=Subaru interior, except gauge cluster color and dash color that can be swapped out or painted to BRZ color.

Why not get the monogram?

I probably won't be buying until next spring. Isn't the Monogram only for the 2014 model year?

That's a good question and I have no idea. But even better, buy used for low miles and profit :D

You might be right its a limited run.

RS will have the same amenities as the brz. get one of those.. if you don't mind the body kit.

I don't mind the body kit.
