KC learned, what does it mean?
Looking at a more recent log I noticed that KC learned has some bigish values, while IAM is 1, knock count is 0 and FLKC has very low occasional counts.
Is KC learned positive compensation (more timing), or negative compensation (timing being pulled back)? http://www.datazap.me/u/wparsons/aug...ta=1-5-9-11-12 |

see links below for further info on knock correction in thread called Knock correction for Australian fuels but applies for everywhere |
Just got my OFT installed today and was driving around town watching the values as the car learned after loading stage 1. I got concerned seeing KCLearned go to as much as 5 following a gear change. My IAM was a solid 1 the whole time. Reading the above posts it looks like the KCL is a good thing. Is that correct?
