JohnMotoring's overpipe review
 

I purchased JohnMotoring's overpipe(OP) for around $80 shipped when it was on groupbuy in forum. I didn't have time to install this part but i installed today since it was my day off. I got this OP over Perrin,Motiv, other branded name due to its cheapness. i usually dont buy cheap stuff because of its quality but i couldnt justify myself spending over $200 for OP and it doesnt do much as performance parts. it would help but not much.

i took some pictures OEM vs John's OP
i also switched my Motiv catless to Berk HF Cat Front pipe due to its noiseless but there wasnt much difference on noise level!! (why did i switch!!!!???)
Motiv pipe will be on sale soon since i dont want to crawl down and change it again.

as some people have issue with clearance from Perrin, Motiv, this OP's fitment is top notch! it doesnt touch and gives nice clearance as pictures shown above

i also flashed my OFT to 2.01 stg1 93 map when i go out for driving.
new tune has smooth ride. for overpipe feel??? i don't feel shit!!! lol
i already knew but it will help tiny bit but we won't feel any gain.

From watching other videos a while back the overpipe changed the tone a lot. But maybe it was since it was on a quiter exhaust (Perrin). :iono:

Awesome review! Yeah, 200+ for a tiny piece that doesn't do much is meh hehe, I'm sure a lot of ppl will appreciate that you took the risk of buying from a kinda "unknown" brand.
