since i don't know where friendawood is, i can't do the google for your state. but do that, better source of info than what you'll get from us.

Contact a local lemon law lawyer they will know exactly who to call what paper needs to get done and they will tell you if you have a valid claim. Yes they are going to charge you a few hundred bucks but if you want to lemon law the they are your best bet. Normally a good lawyer can get the company to pay their fee as well as refund you for the car.

Just call toyota and say "I want to file lemon law" and they'll mail you the paper work.

I've not read of any successful cases.....doesn't mean there aren't any.

Talk to a lemon law lawyer, the consultation is usually free and Toyota will pay for ALL of the legal fees.

I've done a lemon law case and won it. It's not hard, and there's no reason to go to court. This is a pre litigation case.

Doesn't work that way. Only if there's a defect with the car (Ex. Not starting)
