Grimmspeed License Relocation Kit
 

Hey guys, I think I need a bit of help. I have a Grimmspeed License Relocation Kit. I'd like to put the tow hook cover back in place at the same time have the kit on it. So my problem is, I need to drill a hole into the tow hook, BUT I don't have any drill. If anyone be able to help me with drilling my tow hook cover to be able to put back, that would be amazing! =)
I live in Brampton, so any where in Brampton or Mississauga would be nice.
As well, where can I find those bumper plugs to get rid of those holes in the middle from my old license plate?
