What? I can't hear you over my freedom

Between Virginia and New Jersey I don't which state is worse

I'd genuinely ride a bicycle across either state before I run the risk of getting some completely horseshit ticket for going "20 over" along with a $1000+ ticket

I had my foot buried in 5th gear in Virginia. I was at VIR though :burnrubber:

You do notice people really tend to drive close to the speed limit there. Except tractor trailers on the hilly roads.

I had my foot down hard a day after I installed a muffler delete and a cop pulled me over because he heard me hitting the underpass and ramp. He let me go and told me to make sure I put the car in 6th gear. GGC, I don't usually speed. I'm the guy close to the right lane driving a couple of digits over the speed limit. Car looks and sounds sexier that way

What!? No rape, no fight? What a vacation...

It's almost that bad in Ontario Canada, except instead of sending you to jail they seize your vehicle on the side of the road for 7 days, suspend your license for a week and fine you up to $10,000.

I'm not really sure how you get home, can't rent a car with a suspended license.

More like don't get a reckless driving ticket in Virginia:bellyroll:

I've gotten speeding tickets 3 times in VA. 69 in a 55, 80 in a 65 and 81 in a 70 ( :mad0260: )

And contrary to what the writer stated in his article, speeding over 80 mph is NOT automatically reckless driving.

I really hate that state.

I dislike Virginia's unconstitutional ban of radar detectors.

for some reason that article went back and forth too much for me to read all of it

I will avoid speeding there, however

Bro you have no idea.

I'll be driving thru there again from Ohio to Florida in a couple months. Everytime I go thru Virginia, I set the cruise on 5 mph over the limit... and even then I'm watching for patrolmen.

Fortunately, Virginia is not very wide where I have to cross it.
