On public streets........pure f'ing stupidity. Glad the cops showed up and nailed the shit out of that idiot. Looks like he panicked and hit the gas. Black Mustang has Maryland tags on it........he got cuffed in a heartbeat. There is a second video on here. Wait for the first one to end, it has a different perspective of all the foolishness.

I dislike the cops attitude about filming the thing.

I am not a cop but as a one, shouldn't you be impartial or don't care about it UNLESS it is a safety issue for a victim / witness?

Watch the second video, they were having trouble with crowd control because everybody was running over to get closer for no reason. Not just people with camera phones. Editing.

People were standing in the street at the scene of an accident trying to film it.
