High RPM 3rd to 4th Shift Crunch
 

Hello all,
I know this has been posted about briefly but I went in to a service today and the guy told me to bring it back the next week for this specific issue .

Issue: When accelerating past 4K in 3rd gear, going into 4th gear there is a slight crunch.

At first I thought it was merely a transmission oil issue however, he seemed quite concerned telling me that he's personally dealt with a few of the same issue and in those cases they've had to replace the entire transmission!


Just want this to be a general warning to those who might just be living with the issue and give an update of what happens
