big props to everyone that showed up, and @DarrenDriven for being the pit master, @Chen for taking good photos.

So cool to see everyone's build progression!

I missed out. Aperantly my babysitter decided even though she has no car or license, she should go to RDM instead of me. Sigh. Glad I spent 5 hours detailing my car yesterday. I couldn't justify taking out a 7month old during his usual nap time :/.

Ahhhh... that explains why we don't see much of you! Didn't know you had a newborn. A few more years and you can bring him along. :)

Thanks for letting me roll with you guys! Lots of old faces I got to see from when I had my frs. Had a great time and was awesome to see all the twins in one spot. I miss that crowd but don't miss the frs ;) till we meet next time peeps take care of those beautiful cars.

Your Genesis is amazing and you're a legit guy, so as far as I'm concerned, FRS/BRZ or not, you can roll with us anytime. Also need to get your lady friend to teach my lady friend that its fun detailing cars :)

Carly ( @Ammunition ) you were one new face, there were a couple others that I shook hands with and one or two that I didn't get to, but I hope that I will have another chance to meet you guys again when I am not pretending to be a line cook.

Next time we should just do a Tuna Sandwich bar. :)

DarrenDriven 08-04-2014 03:33 PM

Hahahaha... yeah, the BBQ thing didn't go off quite as smoothly as I had imagined. Grrr.

@Boom -- if you could post a link to the high-res of that panorama that would be awesome!

Should we have an 86er education night for the girls? Damn, us guys could sit around and drink beer while we show them how to detail our cars. I'm already imagining how THAT would end!

I had a good time last night. Raiden & Kylie had lots of fun playing on Darrens trailer and got absolutely filthy in the process.

DarrenDriven 08-04-2014 06:35 PM

Haha, my kitchen is not FDA A+ approved... I think I just hauled some dirt in it a couple weeks ago, haha.
