Scratched my bumper

Took it to a local body shop, and the estimate is 700$ to and and repaint the whole bumper. I don't know if this is worth it to put another coat over the factory coat. I think its small enough that I can do touch up paint. Any thoughts? Its about .25 inches wide and 5 inches long, corner bumper.

I did this exact same thing pulling into a parking spot and hitting a very high curb. I ordered paint matched rattlecans from automotivetouchup.com, masked the area off after sanding/prepping, and blended the area in with the factory paint with the base/clearcoat. Took a lot of wetsanding after that to make it look good a few feet away. It worth the money to see if you can get good results IMO, and if all else fails get it resprayed.

If you want a quick fix head to the dealership and get touchup paint with the brush in the cap, with some very minor sanding/prep you can mask it pretty well and it will look decent from 15 feet away

Respray is going to be a difficulty paint match on whiteout. Yet I would still go respray.

I got a replacement estimate for a rear bumper for $925, just a FYI.

I was quoted $500 for either a respray or new bumper painted and installed. I do have a the silver color.

I decided to do touch up paint, and they did a great job, I couldn't tell from a few feet away. Will post picture soon. Looks like brand new, very happy. Total cost was 50$

I say go JDM photobomb\manga sticker for some character. Just do the lower lip. It will be hella tight, even if you aren't hella flush!!!!
