Anyone got any info on Speed Density tables and such? I'm really trying to avoid EcuTek when I get my blower. Might dabble in that and get a working tune, but need some tables and info to start.

Maybe in here? I don't know what I'm looking for.

Speed density functionallity is not in the standard ecu code just like fc\ffs is a code patch written by someone and applied to the original ecu code.

the only person who has done it is ztan in the post linked above. You would need to get the software patches applied to your rom.

your only going to need that over about 10psi boost else you can stick with the stock ecu code and maf based fueling

Same issue with Borla uel header. Still getting p0031 code after clear.

Poo31 is o2 sensor heater circuit

make sure you have both sensors plugged in
make syre black plug to black socket, grey plug to grey socket.
the two o2 sensors are different
check rge 02 heater fuse
if shop did not run thread tap\chaser through o2 bungs in header and they had to force sensor in they may have damaged sensor or both sensor

I think only ecutek. If you haven't purchased the kit yet, you can use OFT with a Vortech kit.

riboyster 12-13-2015 10:20 PM

Whats a good template to use to tune it with oft?

D_Thissen 12-13-2015 10:28 PM

I think Shiv has one on his website, but that might only be available if you buy the blower from him :(

as above if you buy the oft vortech sc kit you get tune to suit think its about 9psi on petrol, it not a base tune its full working tune

You think it would work on a different kit?

I would not recommend trying.

Doesn't the KW require SD due to the MAF housing? If so, you need an SD patch for your ROM for OS tunes or ECUtek, there is no other way. If you cannot tune via the MAF then no ported tunes would work. The Vortech tune would probably run, but you'd not be able to go WOT.
