His car is auto.

his posts are really confusing. :bonk:

If he has an OFT and an Auto he should be ok.

I would say he has triggered the U0155/U0073 can buss comms codes or an auto trans code after flash or by plugging/removing OFT while car is running

He should just be able to use oft to clear codes and be good.

Cruise control doesn't work with cel btw.

zAnSh1n 10-02-2014 11:35 AM

as ive stated, i have an auto [and its also in my sig]... i guess i did not flash a wrong map, but what now?

i got a cel that i cannot read/clear with my oft and my cruise control light stays on orange...

zAnSh1n 10-02-2014 11:36 AM

yes, cruise control gets disabled with the cel

afaik, the flash went fine... i followed the guide video and did everything correctly.

i have reuploaded the B01D map via oft manager thru my pc and i plan to reflash to see if that helps.

Help!

http://www.datazap.me/u/scionfrsfan/...6?log=0&data=1

Can someone please check this out.

Recently my check engine light came on, code P0456 (Evaporative Emissions System)

The car seems to runs fine. I do notice on start ups the rpm rises then drops right away, then starts to idle steady.

My car is STOCK. I am running stage 2 EL E85 V2.06. Weather is starting to get a little bit colder, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Is E85 causing the problem? I'm not exactly sure what to look for, can someone check my data to make sure engine is okay!
I checked gas gap (silly stuff), so far light has come on 3 times. Once a few weeks ago, the last two within a week.

Thank you :)!

It probably an auto tansmission code, oft wont only reads codes from engine ecu.

try removing battery cable for a minute, should reset al control units in car.

+1 Totally normal to see a CEL after flashing a 6AT car. It will go away after a few drives/ignition cycles. Nothing to worry about. It's a TCU (not ECU) code so you wont even be able to read it with the OFT.

*everything is figured out*

i updated the oft via the manager software on the pc and reflashed the map.

thanks guys for all the help !

I have a serious problem. I flashed (a minor update), and when it says key on and confirm. I can't turn the car on at all now, so I can't flash anything.

Shiv@Openflash help :(

I've attached the file I flashed.
