@shiv I started getting P0170 CELs when idling today so I flashed back to stock. My exhaust has been backfiring and has been louder the last couple days so I checked my gaskets and made sure my OFH was wasn't leaky. I had to replace the gasket at the OP/FP. Now this P0170 code leads me to suspect that I have a bad MAF sensor and my fuel trims are getting messed up.:(

I have a TRD intake and did take the MAF sensor out and gave it a good shot with connector cleaner. I will check clamps and hoses tomorrow. I was going to take in to the dealership but now I think I will avoid the frustration and expense and fix it myself.

Just got my OFT, trying to upload the new beta map. Not sure what map I'm supposed to use
700C, 900C, A00C, A01C, B00C, B01C, 700D, 900D, A00D, A01D, B00D and B01D
What's the difference between these files?

Well I went through this entire thread and didn't find a answer

What's the difference from the older version and this 'new' beta one.

I'm using e85 EL currently with zero issues.

Is it a difference that I should really make the upgrade or just continue what I'm using now. Thanks.

If you download the new beta the changes are noted in a read me file.

You need to hook the tablet up to your car and read the stock ROM to know what version you have before you know which version to upload to the tablet. Have you done that yet?

Thanks. My car is on jacks right now for multiple reasons, I was just messing around with the OFM trying to preload the files. I'll hook it up tomorrow. I'm still curious why their are so many different version for the same software. I know it changes for 6mt-Auto but does it change for all the different trim levels depending on what type of electronics are available?

Just version numbers, not trim related. Like any software, the ECU code gets updates occasionally. The first run of cars got 700, and the latest run come with B01.

If you want to see, just open up both ROMS in the RomRaider software and view the differences.

It's hard to give a placebo based on idle speed, pedal mapping, etc during WOT pulls.

I haven't checked, but I would suspect the 93 octane tunes have similar differences in mapping as the e85 tunes, just not as drastic. More spark advance to go with the increased detonation resistance.

Will using the Sport button mess up the ECU re-learning after flashing the ROM? I was uncertain as to the affects of using the Sport button after the OTS tune is flashed. I was under the impression that the Sport button initiates some sort of throttle remapping.

Curious to see the difference between the 91 1.59 Stg 1 tune and this updated 93 tune. I've been running 93 octane since original flash. Will be trying this later today!

The sport button doesn't change mapping on the stock tune (or any OTS tunes).

downloaded 93oct A00c from beta 2.01, and launch control is active, how to I activate flat-foot shift? I tried it (shifting while on the accelerator without lifting fore shift) and it just revved to the limiter. How do I activate it?
