Swapping the FRS OEM spoiler with GT86/BRZ one, questions
 
I just want to know if it is a 100% fit replacement. I don't want to drill holes, etc in my trunk.

There's already holes drilled in your trunk from your OEM spoiler.

The GT86 OEM spoiler requires plenty of holes, some of which are rectangular. I highly doubt the holes pattern matches the one for the FR-S OEM spoiler. The bottom two pictures show the holes from the GT86 OEM spoiler:
