Roebling Aug 16,17 60 Car Limit

Tired of running parade laps in traffic with all the other groups when you go to Roebling? Come out and run with us and drive Flat Out. See how much fun Roebling can really be when you aren't stuck in a train of cars.

2 days on Roebling Raceway only with only 60 cars total. Roebling is 2.02 miles long and has a 10...3db sound limit. The fee for an entire weekend of track time is $299 per driver. We will be running 4 run groups which means only 15 cars on the track @ a time. Lots of open space and fast laps @ Roebling which is rare. This event will NOT have a student run group. All solo qualified drivers broken into run groups based on experience and car. REGISTRATION CAN BE DONE ON WWW.CLUBREGISTRATION.NET and will open on June 16, 2014.

There is no better host group than Flat Out Motorsports. They usually max out at 50 cars (compared to 150 at most PCA events). Drivers are welcome to do ride alongs with others and also available for guests who aren't registered. The collection of cars assembled is always stellar as well.

Looks to be shaping up as another GTR fest including a 1000hp example. Should make some great fly by video if nothing else!

No other FRS/BRZ drivers in the southeast?

Sounds interesting but maybe a little intimidating since I've never ran this car hard.

I've been wanting to get back out at Roebling but it will likely be with Hooked on Driving since I'm currently instructing with them and they go to RRR pretty frequently. Sounds like a great deal though for anyone interested

RRR was the first track I ever drove on when I was 16 years old in 2003!

Since then Road Atlanta has become my home track since it's much closer, but Roebling is special because it's cheap to get lots of track time even with a relatively low number of cars helping fund the event.

EDIT: I just shared the FOM event with the SouthEast 86 and 86 Atlanta groups on Facebook.

Nothing at all to be intimidated about although this event does not have an instructed group for folks without prior experience. If you live close by you really should consider coming out to check it out. I think the track owner charges 5 bucks to enter.

Thanks for plugging us

Hopefully we'll get to share some asphalt one of these days!
