Been getting my fluids from these guys because of their low prices. Recently I ordered a Greddy oil filter and Project Kics drain plug. They emailed me the next day very early that the Project Kics drain plug was out of stock and they could get a Greddy one instead. I never told them what car I needed it for and was sent a drain plug for a Subaru EJ engine instead of our FA engine. Emailed them and had quick responses to have it exchanged with no fees other than shipping. They took care of me promptly and without hassle.

TLDR: great customer service, cheap fluids, no hassle.
