I tried that while installing the exhaust. No matter how you position the exhaust on the hangers it will still kick out the passenger side about an inch when you bolt it in place. Hangers aren't the issue, its the angle of the flanges.

how much play do you have in the mid pipe? mine moves a decent amount and allows for adjustment...if yours does not move try loosening the mount for it then adjusting the axle back and tighten the midpipe once it is set...

My mid pipe had almost no play when I installed the axelback. I might try that when I have the time and place to do it.

I can understand why you can't get it into alignment with the hangers.
It's a rigid structure that's misaligned just as you say. You might align the tips to left or right with the hangers but you certainly wont align them front to rear because you need to bend the axle back to do it.

please explain...the four hangers can only pivot front to back like a swing (bad design imo) and you can physically slide the bushings from side to side but that doesnt change the fact that the bushings themselves rotate front to back.

You have a pipe that's fixed at the front and rigid in structure, hanging by 4 rubber loops at the rear. Any movement can only be from side to side at the rear since you cannot compress the pipes but may move them slightly to each side.
A flexible fitting at the rear of the centre pipe would allow the axle back to rotate about that point and then you could tuck the offending right hand tip back by bending the hangers a bit.

I considered "adjusting" the hangers, briefly, before realizing that there is no possible way that will solve the problem. The problem is @ the flange attachment angle, and that is what must be corrected.

They suggested two solutions (posted earlier in this thread by someone who spoke to the on the phone) and if that didn't solve the issue, to call them up. You can try that.

Just got my blacked out offset exhaust. Question- We use the stock seal between the axleback and midpipe, yes? Just making sure I wasn't missing one in my package.
