Black BRZ available at Puente Hills but with a markup
 

Got a call last night from Puente Hills Subaru stating that they had received 2 white and one black BRZs (I still have no idea how they got my number). The sales rep went on to say that the two white ones were already sold but they had a black one available.

I asked her if there was a markup and she said $3k. I started to laugh and told her everyone around the area was selling it at MSRP and she replied with "Wow, I'm surprised". I told her she was full of it and pretty much ended the convo.

But in case anyone needs a BRZ now, they have one for a 3k markup. I refuse to pay such a BS mark up but in case someone needs one NOW, they have one available.

Just a heads up. In no way I'm promoting them because they are full of...crap lol

Dear BRZ Customer,

Thank you for your inquiry in regards of the "SUBARU BRZ". Either we met in person, spoke on the phone, or I receive a notice that you inquire the car through the web.

So... I figured the public post about me saying Puente Hills Subaru fk'd us over wasn't enough?

This dealer is blacklisted. Lol They screwed the group deal over. Should say a lot about them.

lol my dealer seems to be the same. They told me initially i was 4 on waiting list. Got an email the other day that they have the pricing of the BRZ and may be able to pick up next week.

Funny thing is the day before the email I found a dealer that had the spec I wanted coming in, told me I could get it at MSRP if I put down a deposit. It would be much easier for me to keep the deal I have at the local dealer but I decided I will drive the 3 hours to the other one because they didn't give me any bullshit, and that is worth a lot to me.
