At what point is Ecutek locked to one vehicle?
 
I ask because I have an Ecutek that I only used to read my calibration ID. Is it now locked to that car or could someone else use it? Never flashed an ECU with it.

The only thing that is vehicle specific is the license on the ECU. The rest, including a tune if its passed on with the corresponding dongle, is able to be sold on.
