Thoughts about rebuilding stock clutch. (or, conversation about friction materials)

My clutch has started slipping due to the addition of a turbo. I wanted to get the Exedy Stage 2 but I'm told they're out of stock with no ETA from Exedy.

So, I have a shop locally that has been in the business of rebuilding OEM clutches for years. I'm thinking about giving that a try but I'm wondering if any of you have opinions/recommendations about different friction materials.

I've seen "organic", cerametallic, kevlar, etc. The shop recommended kevlar because it lasts a long time but I see the Exedy stage 1 is organic and stage 2 is cerametallic. That makes me wonder why they didn't choose kevlar.

So for those of you who have owned different types of clutches in your years, what do you think?
