@Dustin do any of the vendor want to be on the shirt or should they just be added since they are being awesome and providing us with raffle prizes?

When do you need to know by for the order date? I'm wanting to attend but still trying to make sure I can get work off before I commit. But I like the white shirt!

This poll will close on the 15th, and that's when I will move to ordering them.

Is the price going to be based off how many is ordered? I would anticipate the price to be around $20 to $25 per, Hopefully we can make it so you break even or more on the purchase of the shirts.

There are a few t-shirt vendors in the area I'm going to get quotes from, but yes it is a safe bet to assume that the more shirts ordered, the cheaper it will be. Once I know how much the shirts will be, I will start taking pre-orders through paypal.

If people are uncomfortable paying me that way, I will also take cash the day before and the day of the meet. I really hope to break even at least, since I will shelling out several hundred bucks for these.

People who have lived in the northern coldness for the last 15 years (me) would prefer a white shirt just for the hopes to wear it outside more than 1 day a year. :)
