Just got my new shoes installed and mounted today. Suspension was on a lift so still needed to settle a bit in these photos. I'm lowered on Eibach Pro-Kit (1") mated with Goodyear F1 225/40/18 tires. Attachment 84262Attachment 84263Attachment 84264

Wheels look good. 225 Goodyears not as good. What made you decide on that size and tire?

They came from my previous wheels which were 18x7.5 +48 and only had ~6500 miles on them. I liked the way they felt so I decided to keep them since I didn't want to spend more $ on another set of tires yet. The 18" TRD wheels were virtually the size and went with 225/40/18 tires, so I decided to do the same. I know I can probably do 245/35/18 to get closer to the stock 17" diameter for my next set of tires, but I'm going to enjoy the extra sidewall and little extra ride height right now (lots of potholes where I'm at) :). What size would you recommend?

I ran the 245/35/18s on my 18x8 WedsSports, but it sounds like you thought it through, so enjoy them.

Could you take a picture from the top/front/or back to show how the wheel looks if its sticking out/tucking please?

I'm out of town on biz travel this week, but can take some photos in about a week. Basically front is virtually flush whereas the rears are ~10mm tucked away from being flush. Still the natural negative camber in the rear pokes out a bit near the ground and is 10-15mm tucked up top. I think 8.5" +35mm square might be a more preferred width for me (with 9" potentially having some rubbing in front depending on camber setting and tire choice). All I keep hearing is keep the square wheel config for this car if you're a "function > form" person so that's why I went with this size.
