Anyone know where I can buy a bike rack?

Hi all, I recently bought a BRZ Limited and the only issue I have is I cannot find a bike rack for it. Does anyone have a good recommendation or know where I could get one? Is there some place I could custom order one?

I have a Yakima rack on mine. Got it from a local bike shop

Which kind did you get?

pretty sure im on q towers with q91 clips for a Toyota solara/mercury cougar. I don't remember the bar length and its in storage right now. Any Yakima dealer worth a damn should do custom applications.

if you google the crap out of it you'll find another frs on here with a Yakima rack. I used his measurements for where to put the feet on the roof. But like I said find a larger bike shop that sells racks and they should be able to piece it together. I used to work for a Yakima dealer when I was a teenager so I knew it was possible. I put racks on all kindsa shit back then that didn't have a listing in the catolog

Oh and by the way a bike on a roof rack WITHOUT the little fairing is noisy as all hell over 80mph. I don't have a fairing since I only use the rack a few times a year but I need to get one since when im using it its usually a long drive.

My q towers where from when I had a scion TC, but q towers are universal, its the clips that matter. Q91's are what im using, just checked. It's pretty picky about setup (moreso than typical) but it fits just fine once you get juuuust the right spot on the roof and juuuust the right tension in the q towers.

I have the Saris Bones 2 bike rack and it fits nicely on the car.

I have the Saris Bones 2 as well. Works great and a hell of a lot cheaper than any good roof rack system

I would NOT use anything with towers or anything that touches the paint in any way if you cherish your paintjob over the longrun.

I made that mistake on my mazdaspeed3 with a Yakima rack on q towers since I was cycling 3-4 days a week. Never again. Only way i'd do roof rack is if you have factory mounting points which we don't.

Do something with the towhook mounts.

Cool guys I'll look into it. I'm looking for to haul it on the back, not the roof.

Definitely check out saris then

I have used the Saris Bones on other cars and it works very well. However, it can scratch and/or chip the paint where it mounts to the trunk.

Also if you leave work at 2AM exhausted and barely back into a pole in the parking garage, it can stop your bumper from hitting the pole but can send the front "leg" of the bike rack through your back window and dent your trunk. Not that I speak from personal experience or anything...
