Best Custom Short Block

Hello all,
As the title states who do you all think builds the best fa20 short block? Also I am curious and have been unable to find, has anyone heard anything about a stroker engine? Would be cool for a very powerful turbo set up.
Thanks

There are a lot of competent shops and engine builders in this community. It really depends on what good local resources you may have, or if you are looking to ship your core somewhere, or have a new OEM core purchased and built at the shop. We have been building Subaru engines for over 8 years. We just released our FA20 short blocks, and are working on head packages as we speak. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69177

The FA20 does not have a lot of room for large stroker options, and I don't know if the .1L displacement is going to show large advantages yet. People have pushed over 700whp on the standard 2.0, so not sure what your goals are with the platform.

I would not personally want a stroker, was more of just a curiosity thing, but sounds awesome thanks

MAP has a great record of Subaru engines and recently got into the fa20 as they mentioned.
Fullblown probably pushes the envelope the most as they are very vested in this platform and like breaking things. Many Many high HP builds and they are chasing 9 seconds at the strip. But I don't know how long they have been in the Subaru market. They came from the S2000 world.
Crawford built ken blocks 1st gymkhana car but that was an EJ. They pretty much disappeared off of the forums and their parts are very expensive.
Does prime motoring offer a shortblock yet?
