ProECU will not download... what the heck am I'm doing wrong!
 

I tried searching on ecutek site and on here. Even went through some of the turner manuals and I can't find the answer...

The pro ecu ap will not download, and hence won't start up after I click "download now!"... All I'm trying to do is get the ap to work to flash my car with my first file from Moto-East.

I included a screen capture... you will see that it says "PRO ECU NOT DOWNLOADED"...

What I've done to try to fix this...

- Reboot my computer
- re-install the download ap and start over
- keep trying the "download now!" button and see if it will download and start up.

What am I missing here... this is not rocket science! I'm running a windows 7 enterprise with service pack 1. The cable was used and moved over to Moto-East who is now the master tuner for the cable. The dongle id checks out fine. My laptop is more than adequate. Maybe I'm not... :iono:

I ran into this twice this week flashing cars. Hate to say it, but it finally just worked. It made a 10 minute job take an hour however which was extremely frustrating.

Update. Ecutek had a server issue and it now works. If anyone in the future runs in to this same problem...

I'm having the same issue when it comes to downloading ProECU. I have no idea what to do.

Try again, every so often they have a server issue. Also make sure you have a decent connection, slow connections also seem to cause issues.
