Deff. I bought it because i had problems with brake fade while heavy driving in the kettles with the other night guys. It doesnt stop the fade but it deff cuts it close to being gone!

I couldnt tell ya i had a full exhaust so mines was loud but tolerant, the specs are close to stock headers. Just with a high flow cat and less weight!
