AC HVAC turns on randomly
 

This happened last night and today while i was out for a drive multiple times
i have the limited BRZ
in im SoCal downtown and its kinda hot.

i have the AC set to 65 when its on but i had it off and just drove with the windows down. i also keep the air recycle on, even with windows down.
and the AC would just turn on.
sometimes after i turn it off and turn the recycle back on the AC turns back on immediately
is this an auto temp set thing?

there was a really old thread on this but it doesn't seem like they found the issue there either.
