1st Track Day with new FRS
 

Took my new FRS up to Oregon Raceway Park today. Had an absolute blast. Did about 50 laps total and by 2pm I was beat. I started out slow and short shifted. Here's a couple 2:22 laps. By the end of the day I was down to 2:17 but by then my battery in the camera was dead so I didn't get a video to the 2:17.

The car performed flawless all day. Can't began to say how happy I am.

That looks like so much fun. I really need to start looking in to HPDE, AutoX, and track days...

Yes, more fun than any other track I have been around. I am a member and have discount vouchers. If any one wants to run it pm me. I'll be going again the 12th and 13th of July. Normally on 2 day events we run clockwise one day and counter clockwise the other.

I was actually there like couple weeks ago and my friends and I are planning to go on July 12th or July 13th. I also have some vouchers for first timers, you guys can also PM me and I definitely recommend this track to anyone who can make it..

With a completely stock BRZ (with R compounds) I was able to run 2:04s and last time with the Supercharger kit I did 2:02 (brake issues)..

I've been using Nitto NT01 235/40/17 and arguably the best tires for track use IMO (cost and other factors combined) :)

I will be there on either 12th or 13th, I will look forward to meeting you
