If they Pull The Plug

After reading the article with regards to BMW & Toyota. I would think it would be a really poor move for toyota to abandon the ft-s. I understand that it has not sold as many as they originally anticipated, but there is a reason for that. And the reason is not the car traditionally, it more of the price and marketing.

Neverthelss, if they truly PULL the PLUG on the FR-S. I really would feel back for all of the R&D that all of these mods / FI guys that spend much of their tim, efforts & $$$ with developing this GT86.

Toyota, if you truly pull the plug on the FR-S. This will be another bone head move you will make along with the many that has happened for the past decade.

Regards,

I don't understand how this warrants a new thread.

This is a forum for discussions, right? Discussions on this topic is what warrants my thread.

It will make our car worth more. We don't have to worry about a car that will make our car look bad LOL

This has been "discussed" like 50 billion times already.

You read it on the internet... So it must be true.

if they pull the plug on the FRS, im gonna sell mine and get the FR-Convertible. i heard they might be making that.

Kuros 06-25-2014 09:03 PM

stupid thread is stupid

No one ever said anything about abandoning the frs, its the partnership with Subaru thats going down the toilet, which would create "difficulties" in the brz

Awesome. Another Subaru SVX.

Good grief people all of that's BS pure and simple, still a shocker people are
Sheep enough to be buying into all this bullshit reporting etc... Note*** not one single blog or news update directly from Toyota or Subaru...

Until anything is posted directly on their site it's all kaka

No, this is a forum full of assholes. I remember a time long ago when I would read all about this car on this forum without anyone being childish. Before the high schoolers came on the forum and ruined it.

It'll just mean that the "swansong" last of the first generation with the rumored larger boxer engine and associated mods will be the best of the breed and a future classic.
