What headlights to pair with LED strips?
 

So I have these and I really like them

But I don't like my stock FRS headlights and want to upgrade to true HID projectors / better looking ones. Does anyone have pics of these with Winjets or Spec-D or others? How does it look? Do you run both LEDs day and night? Will there be too much LED going on with the strips, HIDs, DRLs, and LED clear corners lol.. Opinons?

Personally I think those strips look ungodly hideous. In fact, the bedazzle fad that people are/were doing to their phones comes to mind.

To each his own and all but I would've had the dealership remove those before I even drove the car off the lot.

i agree that they are silly.

I actually like it / added it myself. Maybe I've seen too many benz's on the road that it grew on me.

Fair enough. As for the actual question as to what headlights would look good with it, I'd have to cast my vote towards the JDM/Winjets. I'm going with the boomerang style heads myself, but I think the individual bulbs from the JDM/Winjets would match up slightly better with the bulbs from the strip. My .02
