My Build - How original
Ok, so people have told me I should start documenting this before the car becomes unrecognizable from what it was from the factory. So not much to show now other than the engine, I'll do a quick history. Bought the car two years ago and HPDE'd it a couple of times. Initially all I did was a set of Carbotech pads and some hi temp brake fluid. It was my daily for a while then kinda just sat in the garage for a bit. I figured with the warranty being out now I'd just start having some fun...First things first, I had Ptuning (Shout out to you guys, you rock), install a Stage 2 Complete Supercharger kit from Innovate along with a set of Hawk pads and a Perrin Oil Cooler... so the only pic I have then is the engine:
http://i133.photobucket.com/albums/q..._220702248.jpg And the car (And yes I like that the car still looks stock so I can piss off my friend in his bone stock wrx): http://i133.photobucket.com/albums/q..._220535076.jpg With that said, I have a fair amount of stuff planned. But the goal is before the end of the year to have suspension, wheels and big brake kit done. After that I'll reevaluate as to what next. 7/15/2014: So an update, installed Turn In Concept Master Cylinder Brace and a Dashlinq4 and bought these http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67439 should be installing them in the coming months. Good pictures to follow. So so far the grand total is: Engine: Innovate Stage 2 CARB Kit Perrin Oil Cooler Dual Radium Catch Cans Suspension/Wheels/Brakes: Hawk Pads Turn In Concept Master Cylinder Brace Interior: Ca-Fi Dashlinq4 Black Shift Trim Scion Dash Console Torx Shift knob (on the way) |
Nice start. I thrashed my friends 06 WRX with exhaust and a Stag 2 Cobb tune, lol. The Innovate supercharger gives an awesome bump in power.

Thats how you start a thread!

So ordered Dashlinq and coil overs will be coming next month. In the meantime, a couple small things like Turn In Concept Master brake cylinder brace:

Haven't updated this in some time, so lets add some stuff... Had a number of motor issues, so I ended up going with an IAG stage 2.5 block and a JDL turbo kit. Since the original pictures were taken, the car has gotten Vorschalg cam plates, KW V3's, Accusump oil accumulator, Radium Catch Cans, CSG Hood louvres, Piper motor sports roll bar and Sparco EVO II US seats, with GForce Harness. Shoutout to @ATL_BRZ because I accidentally but effectively have just been shamelessly copying him at this point.
