Capitol Subaru-estimated arrival 6/8
 

Hey, first thread so I thought I would start it off right. I preordered back on March 1st at Capitol Subaru in San Jose. I just got my vin & ETA for my Satin White Pearl BRZ Limited. They have up to 35 allocated cars for the year, just received their first shipment of two. Next truck is scheduled to arrive on June 8th, but Page(associate) insured me that it has a high chance of arriving early around the 4th. I'm pretty stoked as I will look to do development for this car at my friends shop called TurboHoses. Maybe any other NorCal residents can back up this shop.

It's been a long time coming, & I am just grateful for the opportunity. Especially since I decided to the Subaru over the scion (: overall will keep this forum updated as I am trying to get rid of my lurker status as I newly registered. Lol

The dealership is getting 7 other cars that day along with mine, with two others being SWP. Susposedly first BRZ's in NorCal.

God damn it, I should have called Capitol Subaru instead of Stevens Creek! MAN I can't keep waiting.

Yeah Stevens creek was getting less allocated cars, and their waitlist filled up rapidly during the first day. 12 or so people registered out of 20. Capitol Subaru is also not mounting any license plates on their cars so thats also good news.

ahh.... well at least you'll have a big smile on your nice long weekend :D

Huang, is yours the WRB auto? Mine is the WRB MT. I heard they both came in at the same time. My sales associate is in New Orleans for the BRZ launch training. I will call this morning to see if I can get delivery today or tomorrow.

Fellas, once you get into first sales contracts, would you mind posting your experience with Capitol here?

and stevens creek is suppose to get 35 ...
I am #24 of 35 at Stevens creek,
and as far as I know the folks at
Stevens creek is probably not going to mount front plates either,
so to quote their fleet manager " we don't like them Holes "

Yeah, I was told Stevens Creek is getting 35 as well, and I'm #26 or something I think. (Which is why I also have my name on the list up in WA, so whichever car comes in first is the one I'll take.)

Simple error on my part. I said 20 because when I called to check how long the list is, the lady who had answered the phone let me know specially "almost all 20 spots are filled". Either way, I'm glad with the dealership so far as Page is being more than helpful.
