Georgia Guide Stones

Thinking about a road trip to check them out, on the summer solstice, June 21. They look to be out in the boonies, anything else in the area to check out? twisty roads to drive? I'd be coming from the Charlotte, NC area.

To be brutally honest, the answer to both questions is no. The area is pretty flat and straight, and Elberton is nothing to write home about. Hartwell is somewhat more interesting. :iono:

Thanks for being honest. We may hold off, until we head that way for some other reason, and then check out the guide stones.

I used to go through that area and after there isn't much besides flat land and cows....
