Didn't see a thread for this so though I would contribute.
VLC network stream: Use File, open network, insert link http://fiawecapp.amp-i.net/i/LeMans_...1500_av-p.m3u8 ^Pretty good HD ~720p. Daily Motion: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x10...th-webtv_sport In case the streams change I check this reddit for updated links http://www.reddit.com/r/wec/comments...ort_vlc_links/ Eurosport links. Although these have changed to Tennis. May come back to Le Mans sometime during the race.
