Tactrix + OpenECU + Injen

So a buddy of mine has a tactrix cable and uses romraider and ECU Flash to tune his WRX, and it works fantastic. I've been following the tuning forum here for a bit but I rarely see people mention tuning using romraider.

Basically I've got an Injen intake which I bought when they first came out and it's basically worthless now due to their reputation for throwing off MAF sensors. I'd like to put it back on the car and scale the MAF accordingly. Can this be accomplished using romraider?

Yes. Most people who edit maps on the OFT platform use RomRaider. RomRaider is just a map editing tool. I'd suggest @vgi's java tool for viewing log stats and MAF scaling.

Yes, I've done it and it works perfect

Can I flash OFT tunes using the Tactrix Cable?

Enjoy.

Download the OFT map that corresponds with your ECU.

Also: I just bought a Tactrix from a fellow member, I plan on purchasing brzEdit as well as it seems to have a bit better of a feature set and a live dashboard.

If you have to ask, you probably shouldn't be using the tactrix method :)
