145mph in my dearly departed 2011 M3 Competition Package...it had PLENTY more. This FR-S is as much fun though just different in how it goes about it.

Well I did 181 in a 911t but it's not an 86 so who is counting that?

Have flirted with the upper end of 130's.

On an interstate that wasn't yet completed (didn't connect to nearby major city yet). Thus, no one was on it at the time :)

Its really awesome how comfortable and smooth 110 feels in this car..

Stock wheels/tires?

I struggled to get my Type-S to 137, while my older '00 Si hit 140mph with the giant drag inducing wing attached(145mph w/o wing).

And yes, the Si was much more stable at those speeds.

154mph but it was dark so I chickened out. Should top just over 170mph on stock gearing

In case anyone doubts your gearing statement:

So I guess my math was correct. With my raised rev limit I should be at 173ish with the stock rear end ratio

GPS measured 130 MPH on the FR-S on an oval track.. about redline on 5th gear with stock gearing.

i hit about 140 on the strait at fuji. its climbing reeeaaly slow at that point, hitting 6th gear realy bogs down. i think with a long enough road you could hi 150 na. although, this is all speedometer indicated which is never accurate.

I love how this turned into a willy comparison contest! well.. I've done 189 on a 2013 GSX-1300R. Truthfully, the most exciting 'metric' I've ever compared was 95-200kph. My last car, a modified 335i would run this range in about 12-13 seconds. My friends GMC Duramax did it in about 8, which pissed me off, so I went out and did it in 4. :)

Different tires - Bridgestone Potenza's (G009 I think). No spoiler. Really wasn't sure if speedo was accurate, but, that's what it was reading or if possible downhill grade, was kinda not playing well with others in a Golf. Fortunately for me, he hit his speed limiter and diffused the situation. Definitely completely out of steam at that point.

I was interested in this too. Keeping pissing contests to a minimum, just knowing what people have got theirs to.

My best is 245 km/h (152ish mph) on a vacant road, not completely straight though, would have a little more in it with the power I have, (Vortech etc). Best I managed on the same road with stock power was 215km/h (134mph)

As for them getting to 170mph, Definitely doubt anyone will get that fast without A LOT of power. Easy on a dyno with no air resistance though haha
