Place where I can have my Valenti reverse light rewired?

Hey guys, I hope everyone who went to the meet had a good time...I just bought the Valenti reverse bumper light, but I want to rewire it so that the upside down triangle lights up and flashes only when the brakes are applied while the V bar stays on with the running lights....does anyone know of a garage or A/V place that could rewire it for me (I'll email @ModBargains for these instructions if I can't find them on the forums)?

Thanks in advance

There should be a DIY post in the DIY subforum. Check there for the correct instructions. I cant look up the post right now.

I did it to mine. I can do it for you too. It's pretty easy.

Was the soldering part difficult? That's the part that makes me nervous as I've never done any electrical work before...and any problems with cops and the flashing light as you brake?

Well... to me soldering/wiring isn't difficult, so it wasn't...
As for the cop trouble, I'm not sure. I mainly just rewired mine so that only the V goes on with the head lights. I had the triangle blink with the brake lights, but then I decided I didn't like it. Then reconfigured the triangle to not blink, but just turn on with the brakes, and I didn't like that either, so I just turned the triangle off completely.

Ok. So does your triangle and V turn on at the same time right now when it's connected to either parking lights or brake lights right now, and with another wire, you can make them blink?

Wow, you did yours 3 times and I'm afraid to rewire it once haha...my reverse bar is still factory so the bar and triangle will light up at the same time. It's still in the box TBH, I wanted to rewire it so that the triangle is independent of the bar but still flashes as the brakes are applied.
