Spyder tail light problems
 

Does anyone else have problems with a half lit tail light? Running light turns on really dim on the driver side, when braking it turns on completely though. Will post pictures tonight.

my first pair of spyder tail has condensation problem, return back to vendor and got refunds. on the car running buddy club tail light currently. no problem.

I'm running the Spyder ll's on mine. Had them for a couple months now.
No issues. Although I did silicone the hell out of every seam before I found out the hard way that they leaked. Running perfect still.

Here you go anyone have any ideas of what to do.
We played around with the wires again afterwards and it would just stay on for a little bit and turn dim again.

*Note they don't have a condensation problem never have.

In the mind of simplicity, and not even sure it'll work, did you try plugging in the driver side tail light into the passenger side plugs? Just to be positive the light is still funtioning properly?

Edit-This is just to ensure it's an accessory problem and not a car electrical problem.

Already tried that, same thing happens, @FT-86 SpeedFactory have any ideas or anyway to contact Spyder ?

So no one was able to find a solution or...

I've had mines for almost a year and haven't ran into any issues either.

That happened to the first set I had in '13. I ended up exchanging them and havent had a problem since. The vendor said it was a known issue with Spyder.

I got my Spyder Tail Lights for free, and I don't think the warranty is valid anymore. Is there any way I could check the wiring and the soldering, or would Spyder be able to replace them for me?

My spyder has a short in the right tail and causes me to have no brakes at all. I tried to contact Spyder and they were no help at all. Since the tail is sealed there is nothing I can do. I am back to factory lights for now.

Really disappointed in their customer service. They sent me to "tech support" who kindly told me I am screwed.

Would not recommend them to anyone.
