Help! Need someone to install the Perrin Overpipe for me.

So, although I can do most of my own work on the car, I simply don't have the time to learn how to do it and then fumble through the first time ever doing this install on an FR-S. :iono:

Darren's lift is not accessible for another couple of weeks and I would like to get this installed and tuned by my next SCCA SOLO even on the 20th.

Any ideas on who could help me?

Thanks in advanced guys and girls!

Will adding the overpipe take you out of STX? Or is that still considered legal in that class?

According to all of my research in the rule book it is all good. :-) the only mods that take me out of stock are the brake brace and the super sport springs.

You can do it without a lift. You can do it on jackstands and an engine lift. That's what I did. It was a nightmare tho.

It's sure easy. Use car jack to lift engine(put wood blocks between jack and oil pan and lift).

Well, when I do mine, I'm going to put the car on jackstands, then use my car jack and a 4x4 or something to lift the engine slightly so I can get in there. I've done all my work on 4 jackstands and on my back.

It's quite the list, as per my signature.

I'm down here in Junction City/Eugene though. I have everything to do it at my place. Always willing to help you install it, I know its a bit out of the way though.

I'd help since I got a chance to install mine, I'd love to do it again for the exp. But without a lift. To even break the nuts loose was a pain.

It's easy @Rio. HMU. Come over to my place and we can get you taken care of if you want.
