im thinking about doing a 2jz swap on my fr-s and i was wondering what i need to do the swap succesfully. any list that you guys can give? :D

If you havnt thought about what you need to do the swap your really havnt thought about it...

its not the type of swap you would do if youre the kind of person who comes to a forum and asks how to swap it.

The engine, a good shop and a blank check.

I'm with these guys. I don't know anything about this stuff so I wouldn't really try. If this was my idea that would be my best guess. I don't think there's a list someone can give you, and if there is you'd have to know how to utilize that list. I'm guessing since you're asking, you wouldn't know how to utilize a list even if you got one.
