keyless entry not working
 

So I disconnected the negative terminal on my battery and when I reconnected it my keyless entry wouldn't work. I'm still able to set off the siren and turn off the siren by pressing unlock, but my car won't unlock, lick, our pop the trunk

I tried doing the whole open the door insert key dance to no avail..any help would be appreciated
