Eibach Pro-Kit Camber adjustment & tire question

Hello all,

Tried searching the forum, however found nothing specific on this particular concern I have.

Recently purchased the Eibach pro-kit springs for my BRZ, as this is the only mod I have. I am running the stock wheels and Michelin HP Primacy summer tires.

After having the springs installed, my mechanic told me he was having issues with the alignment giving the car a slightly negative camber.

Therefore I bought the whiteline camber adjustable bushing and adjustable camber pins kit as well as front camber bolts by Whiteline and should have them by next week in order to re-align the car. My main goal is to achieve proper tire wear (yes I do rotate every 3,000 Miles), and prevent inner tire wear in the next few thousand miles. I am not looking to track the car. Just did this for ride height looks and wanting to maintain as close to factory driveability and tire wear as possible.

Any input or suggestions is appreciated.

You want a slightly negative camber...probably 1 degree would be perfect for a non-raced car.

Thank you, is the whiteline rear camber bushing and pin kit and front camber bolts the appropriate product for achieving this?

This is the products I purchased.

Yes, but whats your alignment look like now. I'd guess its somewhere around -1.5 all around. This is good for a well handling twin. If the toe is set well you wont see significant extra tire wear and your handing will improve a bunch because of the camber induced by the springs.

I don't know to be exact, he wasnt able to set it properly as I needed the bushings and pins. What should the toe be set at?

0 toe front
about .15 degree toe in rear

And -1 camber all the way around?

I installed the pro kit, and the height is perfect for me. I don't scrape, drag, or rub with the 18x8.75 +35 XXR wheels with 225/40 tires. I installed the pro kit three months ago, and it's been great. A week ago, I noticed that bumps in the road offer a much more pronounced sound and feel than before, particularly from the rear driver's side. At first I thought that perhaps a spring was a bit loose, but after tightening everything, I still get this noise and a bit of a thud that I didn't have before. My next thought is that the rear bump stops have been crushed. I haven't had a chance to check them yet, but I was wanting to ask for some input. It's driving me crazy. Anyone have this experience?

I am having a clunking sound coming from the front end just days after installing my pro-kit. Have an appointment to get it checked out when I install the bushings this week.

If the spring is loose, it will sound like the wheel is falling off. May just need tightening. If it is tight, I'd appreciate it if you would let me know what you discover the source of the noise to be.
