Why can't we view any of their threads?

Prob they forgot to pay for vendor fee this month or canceled been vendor.

Any time vendor forget to or canceled, vendor threads get locked. When they pay, they can unlock it

Ichi,

I've sent a PM to Hachi about this already, but we didn't receive any PM or Email reminder asking to renew our vendor status. I believe the reminder should be automated, yes? Can you verify ours is set up properly?

It could be handy, yes... but sadly, I'm just other mod & don't have much power over this. Sorry :(
