Quarter Panel Dent repair

My FT86 had a dent in it about a month ago and I havent had time because of travel to take it to a body shop for an estimate. It has since rusted at the exposed metal piece. Has anyone else repaired the quarter panel themselves? If I've never done body modification, should I just take it to a shop?

I've included pictures for reference but how much should I expect this to set me back. If anyone knows of a shop in the Philadelphia area I would love to give them business!

Thirded.
Just buy a new fender, have it painted, unbolt the old and put on the new :)
I think the new fender is like... $200? I have a body work buddy, he's told me before since he worked on an FR-S but I don't remember. Oh, that would be unpainted price too.
