June 29th : Event # 3 of the CASC-OR Regional Autocross
 

This last weekend was the double-header, season opener of the CASC-OR Regional Autocross series.

June 29th will see us over in the far west end at Centralia airport, the event is hosted by WOSCA.

i'll post more info once the supplementary regs are up, but the reality is that its cheap and its fun


so no reason why everyone shouldn't be there!

Did autoX for the first time on an airport runway and it was the most fun I've had doing autoX.

the whole weekend I was having a hard time really pushing myself and focusing too much on getting clean lines, I really don't know why, they're only pylons :/

wow airport autoX looks incredibly fun

too bad I'll be on vacation, leaving that day....AutoX at pearson, anyone?

Really upset I can't make this event. Love the event out at Centrilia. Went out a couple times last year and had a blast running a formula SAE car. We were running through the slaloms a little over 140km/h at the rev limiter in 6th gear (the car was gear limited). Really looking forward to running my BRZ out there this year.

O.O! I have to do this at least once this year :D

crrap.. haven't even seen my times yet but you guys look much smoother and faster than I was..

Looks like I'm gonna be making this event now as I have a doctors apt in London Monday morning anyways.

Do you need to pre-register for this event? I have been to WOSCA events before but never a regional event.

Yep.. well for my first event.. with no prep at all and no skills.. last in class means I can't do any worse next time! Got a big yellow pylon scar down the passenger door to prove it.. 3DNF's too out of 6 runs..

I hope to be at Centralia, but with my new (to me) miata and run ES.

Do I need to apply separately for a license and membership, or can I just sign up on Motorsportsreg?

you can just sign up on motorsportreg


if you want to be series registered and have your runs counted towards year end championship there is another form to sign, but is not necessary, PM me if you're considering running the full season.
