Depending on how hard you drive them (apparently they get greasy if you slide around a lot), you will gain 5+ PSI as they heat up. You want them somewhere around 35-38 PSI hot, so you can try 30 PSI cold and measure/adjust after each session. Your speed, driving style and track layout may affect each tire differently, so best to measure and adjust hot soon after you get off track. I only use them on the street at about 33 PSI cold so others may advise you better for track use. Your camber and toe will impact this also. Pyrometer would help to measure temps across contact surface. Somebody near you may have one and likely won't mind if you borrow.

The rate that tires heat up can vary alot based upon the driver. Until you get to know how much you heat up the tires, it is better to only take a couple of pounds out at a time and check the pressure after every session. Whatever you do, DON'T go and drop them down into the 20s for your first session.

Thanks for the suggestions guys! Currently sitting on 31.5 Cold. Might top off to 33 before heading there Friday.
