JDM GT86 turn signal delete?
Does anyone have a part # for the grille that comes on the japanese GT86 where the FR-S turn signals would mount? I'm getting an FR-S bumper cover and the jdm fog bezels for my BRZ, I was hoping to be able to use the turn signals in the headlamps and cover up where the turn signals would go on the bumper. I couldn't find a part number on toyodiy.
Thanks in advance! |

I've read that the GT86 has a turn signal in the headlamp like the BRZ, and it's really not a close enough pic to tell but this looks like a molded ABS part covering up where the turn signal would go. I know the outer trim piece is the same part # for GT86 and FRS, I'm wondering if I can get that black plastic part that covers up the turn signal. I'm actually rebuilding a wrecked car so I need to buy all new front end stuff anyway, so I have to buy fenders, garnishes, lights, bumper cover, fog lamps, etc etc etc and attach them to a tube front. If I can find the part # for two $5 plastic parts and order them along with the jdm fog bezels to save myself from ordering $130 turn signals since I'll be wiring the headlights as turn signals anyway, I'm that much closer to being able to order other parts I'll need. edit: and the brake ducts are cool but I'd rather have fogs |

in the diagram for the japanese cars, it lists 52127D COVER, FRONT BUMPER HOLE, RH Not applicable 52128C COVER, FRONT BUMPER HOLE, LH Not applicable where it says n/a is where there's usually a part number. not sure if that indicates that you can't get that part, or if toyodiy's website is incomplete |

The GT86 headlamps do not have a turn signal in the assembly like the BRZ lights, but I think a turn signal delete would look awesome! |
that's weird, then. I wonder where the pictured part came from.

This photo from Toyota's Japanese website still shows a similar turn signal to the FR-S but I guess the sidemarkers act as turn signals as well judging by what you said. http://www.toyota-global.com/showroo...s/g_h_86_4.jpg |
