Carbon fiber OEM style hood
 

Did some searches on google and found some pictures, but I wanted to see if members on here had a carbon fiber oem style hood. Post your pics! Annnnnd go!

Not gonna find that many as the factory hood is lighter. Most are going to have vented hoods.

I currently have the ts hood but it's coming off and I'm going w oem style so just wanted to see. It's basically the same weight. Literally .2 difference when it was compared. Of course there are times where it could be heavier.

Seibon has a real, dry carbon parts, which are basically 2x the price of their wet carbon parts... dry carbon OEM style hood for $2k...

IIRC, many members here have had issues with Seibon parts having poor fitment with our cars. And after complaining to Seibon, their response was pretty much "Yeah, a lot of aftermarket parts don't fit as well as factory parts. Too bad."

You're very right. This is why I won't be buying from seibon again. My ts hood is now peeling clear after a week while fitment is off and no rain guards. The carbon bezels don't fit as well. I had to go elsewhere for the bezels and now they fit perfect. Soooo this is why I want the oem carbon hood. I'm going elsewhere for that too

Yooooo! Damn that looks so good!

So those of who that are curious as to where I got my perfect fit carbon bezels and where I am going for my carbon hood, hit this guy up! He makes perfect fit and super high quality stuff that blows seibon out of the water ! Oh! And it comes clear coated so you don't have to go pay extra after the initial cost of tthe carbon peice. I found out the hard way that seibon only has a clear gel coat and it lifted in a week! Innovateddynamics for the win!
