GREAT SERVICE! Extended warranty purchased from Wilmington Delaware Subary
 

Hey everyone, just want to tell you that I purchased extended warranty from the Wilmington Delaware Subaru, and they gave me great service, did a good job at explaining what was covered, the range of deductibles and answered all my questions.

I worked with a woman named April, if you ever have an issue with your subaru dealer and want to seek a new dealership for assistance, do not hesitate to use them.

I had two Subarus from that dealership and generally found the Service Dept. was straight forward and patient with all my questions. Dave Stanton in Sales was great to do business with, but his Sales Manager missed out selling me a BRZ by a very wide margin. Wound up getting the FRS in PA.

I haven't had any experience with purchasing a car from the dealership, only getting warranty from them. its a shame that numerous Subaru dealerships jacked up prices on BRZ.

I brought my brz from them I liked April she was able to give me a great APR on my car and knocked off I believe a 1000 or more off my extended 7 year warranty. However, everyone else was piss poor when it came to costumer service. The accountant tried repoing my car after I had already made my first payment a month ahead of time.
